If cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 processing fee in the form of a gift certificate. If the room is cancelled in less than 21 days prior to the booking date, then the deposit cannot be returned and the entire room rental rate will be charged. Money will be refunded if the room is rented after cancellation, less the $25 fee. Room rates may be higher during the following community events: Green Bay Packers' game nights, Pyrotechs Convention, Appleton's Octoberfest, or high demand special sports tournaments. Our Queen Anne is back in fabulous form after a head-to-toe restoration. Upon entering, you get the warm feeling of days gone by. All of the home's original character is still maintained even as a bed and breakfast.
