Policies: Children over 12 allowed. Smoking permitted outside only. Innkeeper pet in residence. Guest pets permitted with $25 cleaning fee. All reservations require a credit card to hold with or without coupon. The card is not charged unless property is left and the room is damaged or you don't show up and have not called 24 hours prior to cancel the reservation. Cancellation of any reservations needs to be done two weeks in advance. No charges will be applied, if done on time. If cancellation needs to be done 24 hours ahead of time $50.00 charge will be charged to you. Policy Acception: If family emergency occurs (proof will be required) military deployment, the fee will be voided upon the owners discretion.

About the inn
Valhalla Hillside Inn is a 6,400 square foot A-frame built in 1972. It's very rustic, yet elegant with a 1.4-mile driveway off Hwy. 29 where you enter into a wild kingdom. Every guest room is surrounded by nature with three decks to watch deer, bear, turkeys and much more. The pond has a sitting area or you can sit on the top of the hill and enjoy a nice fire pit. We have over 90 acres of land to walk and enjoy nature. With both innkeepers active in the military, we know what being away from home is like. That is why we bring the feeling of home to each room.
Waterfall View Room: $50 Sun-Thurs; $75 weekends or $140 for two weekend nights
King bed, robes, slippers, Dish Network TV, DVD player, refrigerator, complimentary beverage and snacks. Frequent deer and turkey sightings from your room every morning. No bathroom located in room.
Field of Dreams Room: $70 Sun-Thurs; $95 weekends or $180 for two weekend nights
Includes a king bed, robes, slippers, Dish Network, Television & DVD players, refrigerators, complimentary beverage, snacks and private bathroom. Great Northwoods view!
Country View Suite: $60 Sun-Thurs; $85 weekends or $180 for two weekend nights
Includes king bed, robes, slippers, dish network, refrigerator, private bath, complimentary beverage and snacks.
Wildlife Moose Room: $55 Sun-Thurs; $75 on weekends
Home-cooked breakfast served on weekends. Continental breakfast available during the week and on weekends.
